Deiko turns spoken UI descriptions into briefs for AI coding agents

Summary

Deiko is a macOS tool in public beta that follows the cursor while the user speaks, allowing them to describe a bug or desired change by pointing at the relevant interface. A double-tap of the Right Option key starts capture in any app or on any monitor; users can hover over elements, speak in one language or mix two, and hold Option to lasso a region. When capture stops, Deiko produces cropped and labelled screenshots together with a brief, which can be reviewed and dragged into Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, or another text field.
