Terms of Service

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Version: 2026.07.29

Welcome to the platform. The platform operator is the entity identified in the legally required disclosures on the platform. By registering, signing in, or using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and Billing & Refunds. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Services

The platform provides unified API access, model inference, usage reporting, billing management, and related developer tools. Available models, protocols, prices, credits, features, and regions are determined by the platform pages and actual service status.

Some services are provided by third-party model, payment, identity, email, or infrastructure providers. Their separate terms and restrictions may apply, and you are responsible for reviewing and following them before using the relevant features.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into and perform these terms. If you use the platform for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
  • You must secure your login credentials and API keys and must not share, lease, or otherwise expose them through unsafe practices.
  • Activity performed through your account or API keys is generally treated as authorized by you, except where the activity results from a security issue attributable to the platform.
  • If an account or key may be compromised, immediately disable the relevant key, sign out all devices, and contact us through the support channel published on the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to:

  • engage in unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful conduct;
  • generate or distribute prohibited content or submit data you are not authorized to process;
  • attack, disrupt, probe, or bypass access controls, rate limits, billing, or security mechanisms of the platform or a third party;
  • resell or lease the services without permission, or use them at a scale or in a manner that threatens service stability; or
  • impersonate another person or help anyone engage in the conduct above.

Depending on the risk, the platform may issue a warning, restrict requests, disable keys, suspend accounts, or terminate service. Where legally permitted and reasonably practical, the platform will explain the reason.

4. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain your rights in input and other materials that you lawfully own. To fulfill your requests, you authorize the platform and necessary third-party providers to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit and process the content. Rights in the platform software, interface, documentation, trademarks, and other platform materials belong to the operator or the applicable rights holder. You may not copy, modify, or use them outside the services without permission.

5. Model Output and Risk

Models are provided by third parties. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output and for how you use it. Do not use output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-risk professional decisions.

The platform does not guarantee that output will be unique, continuously available, or free of third-party rights. Perform appropriate human review and rights checks before publishing, commercializing, or automatically acting on output.

6. Charges and Payment

Paid services are charged using the price and discount in effect when the call occurs and the actual measured usage. Top-ups, balance, charges, taxes, and refunds are governed by Billing & Refunds and the payment-page disclosures.

Review your usage and billing records promptly. If you dispute a record, submit the order number, request time, and other relevant materials through the support channel published on the platform as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Service Changes and Availability

The platform may change, suspend, or discontinue part of the services because of model availability, cost, maintenance, security, compliance, or force majeure. Reasonable notice of material changes will be provided through the platform or notifications, although emergency security action, third-party failures, or legal requirements may prevent advance notice.

The platform will use reasonable efforts to maintain service stability but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or that the services will meet every business requirement. Use retries, fallback, backup, and human-review controls appropriate to the importance of your workload.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. The platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate service if you breach these terms, create security or compliance risks, remain overdue on payment, or if required by law.

After termination, you must stop using the relevant accounts, keys, and resources. Unused balance, data retention, and provisions that must survive are handled under Billing & Refunds, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform makes no warranties beyond these terms regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of third-party models or services. The platform is not responsible, to the extent it is not at fault, for loss caused by force majeure, third-party failure, user misconfiguration, key compromise, or breach of these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any liability the platform is legally required to bear will be determined according to fault, the nature of the loss, the parties' agreement, and applicable law.

10. Updates to These Terms

The platform may update these terms as the services or legal requirements change. Reasonable notice of material changes will be provided through the platform or notifications. Updated terms apply from their stated effective date. If you do not agree, stop using the affected services.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is established, without affecting mandatory rights granted to you by applicable law. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through the support channel published on the platform. If no resolution is reached, either party may bring the dispute before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms or the services, contact us through the support channel published on the platform. Do not send passwords, full API keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support request.
