Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Version: 2026.09.02

This policy explains how the platform handles personal information when providing account, model inference, billing, and related services. The platform operator is the entity identified in the legally required disclosures on the platform.

1. Scope

This policy applies when you visit, register for, or use this platform. Third-party model, payment, identity, and other services may have their own privacy policies. The platform does not control processing that those third parties independently determine.

2. Information We Process

  • Account and identity information: name, username, email address, avatar, login method, and necessary identifiers returned by third-party login providers.
  • Authentication and security information: sessions, login time, device, browser, IP address, network data, and security logs. The platform stores information needed to use, validate, and manage API keys in a protected form and displays only masked keys in the interface.
  • Service usage information: product or model used, token usage, request status, error details, timestamps, latency, charges, and similar request metadata.
  • Transaction and balance information: top-up orders, payment identifiers and status, balance changes, and promotional credits. Full payment-card or bank-account details are generally handled directly by the payment provider.
  • Information you submit: support requests, feedback, and content submitted through model calls, files, images, audio, or Batch features.
  • Preferences and local data: language, time zone, notification settings, and cookies or local storage needed for sign-in and page functionality.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

As permitted by applicable law, we process information to perform our agreement with you, with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the legitimate interests of the platform and its users. These purposes include:

  • creating and managing accounts, authenticating users, and protecting account security;
  • forwarding model requests, returning results, and providing file, Batch, and related features;
  • measuring usage, deducting balance, processing top-ups, and providing reconciliation records;
  • sending service notices, responding to support requests, and troubleshooting failures;
  • preventing fraud, abuse, attacks, and other security risks; and
  • improving service quality, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes.

Where separate consent is required by law, we will request it before processing. You may withdraw consent-based processing, but withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. Model Requests and Files

To complete a call, the platform sends your input, necessary parameters, and attachments to the model provider associated with the selected product. Providers may operate in different regions and may apply different data-use and retention rules.

The platform may temporarily process content while forwarding requests, converting content, performing security checks, troubleshooting failures, or running asynchronous tasks. Whether content is retained and for how long depends on the feature, platform configuration, third-party rules, and legal requirements. Unless separately authorized, the platform does not use your model-request content to train its own models.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or other content unrelated to the call or that you are not authorized to process. For sensitive workloads, evaluate whether the selected provider and transfer method meet your requirements before use.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We disclose information only as necessary to:

  • technical providers offering model inference, storage, networking, monitoring, and security;
  • payment, settlement, email, and identity providers;
  • regulators, courts, or law-enforcement bodies making a lawful request; and
  • other parties where necessary to protect the lawful rights of the platform, users, or third parties.

We do not sell personal information. In a merger, restructuring, or asset transfer, information may be transferred to a successor as permitted by law and will remain subject to this policy or protections that are no less protective.

6. International Processing

Depending on the model and provider you choose, information may be transferred to and processed outside your country or region. The platform will take measures required by applicable law and, where reasonably possible, provide information about providers or processing regions. You are responsible for choosing products appropriate to your business and data-compliance requirements.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Account information is generally retained until required account-closure processing is complete. Transaction, billing, and audit records are retained as required by applicable law. Security logs and support records are retained as needed to investigate risk and resolve disputes. Model-request content and files are handled according to the feature used, platform configuration, and third-party rules.

When setting a retention period, we consider the information type, processing purpose, account status, security risk, dispute needs, and legal obligations. At the end of the applicable period, information is deleted or anonymized, or its use is restricted where continued retention is legally required.

8. Security

We use controls appropriate to the risk, including access controls, transport protection, key management, audit logging, and least-privilege practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial steps and provide notice as required by applicable law.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information, withdraw consent, and close your account. Certain account information and preferences can be reviewed or changed in the platform.

You may use available platform controls to make relevant changes. Where no self-service control is available, submit a request through the support channel published on the platform and identify your account, request type, and relevant information. We may verify your identity to protect your account. Information required by law, needed to perform the service, or involving another person's rights may not be deleted immediately; where legally permitted, we will explain the reason.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The platform uses necessary cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain sign-in, remember language and interface preferences, protect security, and provide core features. Disabling necessary technologies may prevent parts of the platform from working.

With your explicit consent, the platform uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand page visits, acquisition sources, login and OAuth registration, API key creation, and successful Playground workflows. It sends normalized page categories, locale, coarse login method, creation surface, and Playground modality. It does not send prompts, files, account or organization identifiers, API keys, model identifiers, balances, costs, token counts, raw errors, or raw dynamic URLs. Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics event is sent before consent. Advertising storage, Google Signals, and advertising personalization remain disabled.

The consent-choice cookie lasts 12 months. Google Analytics first-party cookies may last up to 2 years, and GA4 event data is configured for a 14-month retention period. Google may process analytics data in countries outside your jurisdiction under its applicable data-transfer safeguards. You may withdraw consent at any time through Analytics preferences in the public footer or the authenticated Settings page. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not affect processing completed before withdrawal, and previously collected data remains subject to the stated retention period.

11. Children

The platform is primarily intended for users with full legal capacity. Minors should use the services only with guidance and consent from a parent or guardian and should avoid submitting sensitive personal information. If you believe a minor's information has been processed without appropriate authorization, contact us through the support channel published on the platform.

12. Updates and Contact

This policy may be updated as the services or legal requirements change. Reasonable notice of material changes will be provided through the platform or notifications.

For questions about this policy or our processing of personal information, or to exercise a relevant right, contact us through the support channel published on the platform. Do not send passwords, full API keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a request.
