eSwap Adds AI Tools for Multichannel Commerce Operations

Summary

Karen Nikoghosyan founded eSwap in 2019 as an inventory-management tool for sellers working across online marketplaces and web stores. The platform has since expanded to bring together orders, shipping, accounting, invoicing and analytics, alongside inventory and sales information. In late 2024, eSwap launched an AI suite with demand forecasting, dynamic pricing and predictive restocking. Its forecasting system draws on sales history, seasonal trends and marketplace activity to recommend reorders and warehouse allocation, with the stated aim of helping sellers avoid excess stock and shortages. Nikoghosyan says the longer-term goal is to make agent-based AI an operating layer for multichannel commerce, so sellers supervise operations instead of managing them manually. The article also describes his work building local technology capacity in Gyumri, Armenia: he founded the Techno-Educational Academy in 2017, and more than 4,000 students have graduated, with alumni founding more than 15 local IT companies. Nikoghosyan says he plans to deepen eSwap's AI capabilities, expand its US presence and make retail AI accessible to small and midsize sellers.
