Noodle launches a local Mac workspace for teams of AI agents

Summary

Noodle is a free, open-source Mac app for working with AI agents individually or in groups. Users can give each agent a name, role, backstory, and separate workspace, while group conversations let agents share messages and divide work around a common goal. The companion Noodle Computer gives an agent a private desktop for opening documents, handling files, and installing tools; Noodle Browser lets an agent work in signed-in websites in the background; and Noodle Applet opens small tools or apps that agents build. Noodle Hub allows invited family or friends to use AI subscriptions shared through an always-on Mac without receiving the account sign-ins. The product connects to AI accounts users already pay for, supports free models running on the Mac, and does not sell a model itself. Noodle says conversations and files remain on the Mac, voice transcription runs on-device, and each agent starts with restricted folder access that the user can expand. The software is published under the Apache 2.0 license and requires no new account.
