Bitty Turns AI Wait Time Into Short Brain Games

Summary

Bitty is a desktop app designed to fill the short pauses that occur while AI tools work. Users can open it with a shortcut, choose a rough wait duration, and receive a challenge sized from about five seconds to five minutes. Its games cover mental math, memory, patterns, logic, code prediction and reaction, with longer sessions including boss fights. Pressing Esc dismisses the challenge so the user can return to work immediately. Bitty is available as a direct download for macOS 11 or later, Windows 10 or later, and Linux, including ARM64 builds for supported packages, and it works offline. The app does not connect to Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, Copilot or other AI tools, and it does not detect when they finish; users start and end each session themselves. Bitty says it does not read code, files, terminals, browser history, clipboard, screens or AI conversations. No account is required, while Google sign-in is optional for syncing progress or buying Premium. The free plan includes five daily challenges, unlimited five-second Blitz rounds, core games, three buddies and seven days of statistics. Premium adds unlimited challenges, five-minute Boss Fights, expanded analytics, full history, data export and more characters, priced at $9.99 monthly or $39.99 yearly in the United States.
