AilaFlow is a collaborative low-code workspace for designing, automating, and executing business processes with people and AI agents. Processes can combine human tasks, AI agents, forms, scripts, shared data, and external systems, giving participants a shared process state. Administrators can use AI to create and manage processes, while regular users run the processes made available to them. Permissions can reserve sensitive actions, approvals, and decisions for humans. Each user receives a personal AI chat that can understand requests and execute accessible processes, while the same process can also expose HTML interfaces and forms for desktop or mobile use. Scripts and integrations use Node.js and NPM packages inside isolated sandboxes, separating execution from the host and other sandboxes. AilaFlow supports Slack and Telegram integrations for running processes from conversations. The setup requires Docker and can be started with the AilaFlow CLI; configuration includes AI access and a public URL for external access. The project is distributed under the AilaFlow Fair-Code License 1.0, with free use for home users, eligible nonprofits, and professional teams with up to three Authorized Users.
