The CM team has introduced the CM AI Docking Port, a thin, standardized interface for AI agents that need to ask whether accommodation is available. It is designed to work without a CM-specific plugin, scraping a human-oriented admin dashboard, or creating a separate AI business engine. A public machine-readable manifest explains what the system can answer and how to ask, while a single Reception endpoint handles agent requests. The current implementation is deliberately limited: it is a live, single-node MVP that answers availability queries locally for one real unit. Reception can read a private list of trusted neighboring installations, but it does not yet forward requests to them. The team describes a longer-term decentralized design in which independent CM installations could refer unanswered requests to trusted nearby properties without a central directory. The public design specification and documentation are available online. Development involved a human and four AI systems reviewing one another's proposals, which exposed a protocol inconsistency, a distance-calculation ambiguity, and a configuration file that had briefly been web-accessible; the issues were fixed and documented. Next steps are geographic relevance checks before answering or forwarding and a genuine multi-node test.
