suta is a UI skill for Claude Code, Codex and other agent-based workflows that provides guidance for layout, color and motion, along with code for 56 UI patterns. Its creator built it to address recurring traits in AI-generated interfaces, including repeated card layouts, excessive color and unnecessary decoration. After installation, an agent can read the guidelines, choose relevant patterns and adapt them to the user’s project; plugin installations can also report layout and motion issues after edits. Claude Code users install it through the plugin marketplace, while Codex users add the marketplace and plugin in a terminal and approve the post-edit check in hooks. A skills-only installation is also available through `npx skills add`. The project shows a comparison using the same request, model and settings, but says results vary and generation took longer with suta. Its documentation and patterns are in Korean, although one recorded English request produced English UI copy and an English response. The author says browser checks are still necessary because static checks cannot catch every UI problem, and plans to continue updating the project. It is MIT-licensed.
